Note: Proctored exams have 35 questions per line of authority. You can take one or two lines of authority during any given session. A passing score on your proctored exam is required to take the state Insurance license exam unless you have completed the traditional classroom course . FastTrack review students will automatically be scheduled to take their proctored exams immediately following their review course.

Proctored Exams can be scheduled at either 9am - 11:30am or
2pm - 4:30pm on the specified days listed below for each location.
